Create a Personal Address Book in accordance with the layout & instructions provided below:
Personal Address Book Name Address Area Code Phone Number Afiliation (Family, Friend, Other)

Instructions

1. Use a BLACK font color for the table grid lines.
   
   
2. Apply the following to the Title:
   • Font Face - something other than Times New Romans
   • Font Size - 20pt
   • Font Appearance - Bold and/or unique using Text Art
   • Font Color - Custom
   • Alignment - Centered (using the Center Option)
   
   
3. Horizontal Line - Heavy Thickness.
   
   
4. Apply the following to the Table Headers:
   • Font Face - Times New Romans
   • Font Size - 14pt
   • Font Appearance - Bold,Italics
   • Font Color - Black
   • Background Color - Custom
   • Alignment - Left
   
   
5. Apply the following to the Base Table Rows:
   • Font Face - Times New Romans
   • Font Size - 12pt
   • Font Appearance - Default
   • Font Color - Black
   • Background Color - Custom - different from that of Table Headers
   • Alignment - Left
   
   
6. Change Table Borders to Double, Single Lines.
   
   
7. Change the bottom Line for each Header Column to a Double, Single line.
