Hey Dean,

I am just emailing to say how much I appreciate all of your help with math.   It really helped me and it REALLY paid off in the end.

I got my exam marks back today.  For my math exam I recieved an 80%.  I was so overjoyed with that mark because it bumped my term mark up by 8 to 9 points.  So my final term mark for math is 76%.  This mark makes me eligable for honors and/or high honors.

So I would just like to thank you again for all of your time and work that has helped me to achieve this mark.

My name is Allan MacLaughlin.  I am a self employed training consultant.  Computers are an important tool in my work.

I met Dean Anderson through a mutual friend.  I had been exploring a mechanism for backing up files.  I had numerous precious photos & important files stored on my hard drive.

I contacted Dean.   Within a day, Dean arrived at my home & examined my system.   The literature indicated that my computer did not have sufficient memory to support the operation of a CD burner.   Dean however was successful in having a CD Burner function on my system.    We successfully backed up my files on CD's.   It was a good feeling to have my files finally secured.
