We can remove spyware, viruses and repair almost any problem by remote control as long as you have Windows XP, and a working Cable or DSL Internet connection. Just sit back in front of your monitor and watch us make repairs to your pc!

Since we never have to travel to your location and can accomplish other tasks while performing a remote support session, our rate for this service is lower than what you'd pay for an on-site visit.

Rates - Remote PC Support Less than 15 minutes $ 20.00 Between 15 and 30 minutes $ 40.00 Between 30 minutes and 1 hour $ 75.00 Between 1 hour and 2 hour 30 minutes $100.00 Beyond 2 hour 30 minutes $150.00 We will quickly and efficiently determine approximate resolution time expected. You will be required to make payment for the estimated time at the start of the service - after the connection to your pc has been made. This fee is not refundable. In most cases you can even attend to other things while your pc is being worked on and return when you are required and/or the job is complete or you may choose to observe everything we are doing by watching your screen while we are working on your problem. You will be able to assume control at any time and no breach of security is possible. In some cases you will be doing things as I direct you to make our contact easier and more of a learning process. When we are finished, we will permanently remove the installed programs or discuss leaving them installed and we will be unable to reconnect, unless you choose to re-establish a connection for further/future service. Your computer and data is absolutely safe and secure while you are being helped, as well as after we are finished. This can be discussed in detail after contact has been made.
